Jeffrey b. Horning, joshua horning proapplicators or aka jeff horning does not pay his employees

I did work for this guy for 4 months and towards the end of employment he refuses to pay me for the last 5 weeks of employment. He also refuses to turn in my wages for unemployment. I have tried eveything I could to get my money and my wages for unemployment. This person has done this in the past and will continue to do so if hes not stopped.
