After istalation we noticed air coming through top and bottom of doors also water coming through. We had a hard time getting someone to come and help us. Eventualy the gentleman we delt with from Ontario Choice came and acknowleged that there was a problem with the doors and the threshold at the bottom was cracked he assured me it would get fixed. He did come back aprox 3 weeks later and tried to istall it but it was the wrong size. He put back the broken piece and said he would send someone from Cobra doors because it wasn't his problem. Someone came from Cobra doors replaced it and fixed other problems with the door he said it was istaled bad we showed him the bent doors at the bottom and he took the bottom piece to show his boss how bent the doors were. He told us the only solution was new doors. I did not recieve any calls back from either company. I had signed a contract with Ontario Choice for two front doors at the cost of $5,700.00 which I paid upon complicition as per our contract. I called Cobra doors 2 weeks later to give them enough time to get the doors done. The owner there said he didn't know what I was talking about. I gave him the name of the guy who came to repair the doors, he put me on hold and spoke to him. He said he would get the doors done. We left several messages for Ontario Choice to call us but no luck. I called back on November 5He said he would send the doors and put me on hold and then I spoke to the gentleman that was here before for the repairs he did not speak very well english and was hard for me to comunicate. He basicaly said the doors would come and he would have to remove the large glass insert and put it on the new door frame. I asked him if the seal would be affected and he hesated and his reply was I will try by best I can't promise. I also called S.A.W.D.A. C which they feture on their contracts and was told they are not a memeber and would be advised to remove it. I missed one thing when my husband and I went down to their offices we entered no one was in one of the office we had our cell phones and called the number since no one was returning our calls. We could hear the phone ringing. We were in shock to see all the phones of this telemarketing that was going on. The next office there were 3 guys who said to leave our number I told him of what we saw next door, he said someone would call thats when we received our 1st call back.
