In my years working promo's ive never seen a company that takes so long to pay... Treats you like crap... As well as the web site is crap, and no one you call ever answers, yet have surreal expectations in regards to working an event...
About a month ago, i signed up for encore... Worked 3 events and have yet to be paid for any of them... My paperwork is complete (i even have the confirmation of such)... When you inquire the people who you are suppose to inquire to play you like your an idiot... The promo world is very small and they are finding themselves harder pressed to keep good people... Whats even worse is they will offer me a job in oklahoma and advertise for a job 30 min away from me lol fusion is cool, GT marketing is okay, even eventprostrategies respond to you when you have a question... But stay away from this company if you want a solid promo company
