In short, my colleague's baby passed away after 7 months of going in and out of hospitals. He is Jewish and I was not aware that you do not send flowers for religious reasons. I spoke with a representative who was extremely helpful in changing the delivery order to a basket of fruits, cheese, and nuts. I later found out the order had never been updated and after I specifically asked them not to. They're is much more to this AWFUL experience and I will NEVER use FTD again in the future.
Also to add, I contacted a woman by the name of Libby who apparently is the Director of customer service, and even she did not return my phone call. I will be sure to place a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and make sure all my colleagues, friends and family are aware the the lack of efficiency and bad customer service that FTD has to offer.
