Why does the law allow for such scams and frauds to be perpetrated against the public in general. How can this organization send "realistic looking certificates" and offers to win money through contest puzzles and tiebreakers. They are using the U.S. Postal Service to send out these mailings. Is this legal? My bank informed me this was a scam and referred me this website where I can see that others have complained about the same thing. I am retired and live on a fixed income, I believed this was legitimate but apparantly its a scam. I'm ready to be included in a class action lawsuit against this organization.
