Telling me I will win $1,590, 000.00 if I send a fee of $20.00

I received a letter from National prize reports-acceptance form stating I will receive $1,590, 000.00. I know a scam when I see one. They say, Funds issued to winner upon sweepstakes finalization. Basically they want you to send $ 20.. 00. This is the first one from them that I received and I immediately looked it up on the internet. Beware of these kind of so called organizations that try to scam people out of there money.
