Arrived at this BK at 5:30 and departed
At 7:30. I am a regular customer.
During the time I was there a guy was
there that walked around the store the
whole time watching me. At 6:30
The store was loaded with customers
and the guy continues to walk around
staring at people. The guy almost took
my purse. I lay it on the table and
when I turned around, he was walking by
it. Another customer and I complained
that we were uncomfortable and asked
The manager to ask him to leave. They
did nothing. They gave me the survey
# to call the Burger King Corp but the
Store # is not on it. I threw away my receipt. Hope something
can and will be done about this uncomfortable situation. I was not the
only one that was uncomfortable. This Burger King stands to lose customers. When I left the store at 7:30 a customer walked me to my car and the guy followed me out and the customer said something to him that he was making
me uncomfortable. Neither of the managers there offered to do anything. I would vote for John at the Chapel Hill location to take this store back over. I know the store and I know that it has lots of customers and that John did his intern there. John is at the store there on 15-501 near Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. I am sure that if John had been there, this customer would have been asked to leave.
