After my wife had been working for this company for the last week and a half, they had changed the script on her numerous times and expected her to memorize a 2 page document each time by the next day. After reviewing each script that has been changed numerous times, it's unknown who comes up with it. It seems like it's never checked for spelling or grammatical errors! If it was, it wouldn't sound like someone who doesn't speak English as a first language wrote it.
We also have a handicap daughter that requires us to feed her by a machine.in order for us to keep her from pulling out her tube, we have to disconnect her from the machine when she's done and that requires my wife to go on a break that takes no more than a couple minutes. Yet b/c she took a break, she didn't get paid for that entire hour. The company spent hours training their new employees, yet not once did they mention anything about not getting paid for taking a short break, even when we explained our situation, the trainer said it was fine! There's no documentation saying that you do/don't get a break if you work so many hours.
This is a crackpot company and those who are interested, should stay clear. It's not all that it's cracked up to be!
