I ordered the Basic Swahili Course and got an obsolete US Government manuscript (dated 1973) and a set of MP3 audio files. The instructions in this old manuscript make it plain that it is not intended and not useful for home study. LangoCity is selling obsolete, public domain material available from our federal government at www.NTIS. Gov (http://www.ntis. Gov/search/index. Aspx? Frm_qry_Search=ntisavlanguageswahili&SimpleSearch=no&NmAVInd=true). Although there is nothing wrong with the material, if I knew that is was just an old set of words and audio pronouncement files without any grammar or instructions, it is not the advanced home study course as advertized by LangoCity. Do not get ripped off as I did.
