I went to the Middletown, NY location # 0279 this evening, on Black Friday looking for napkin rings. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a store associate, named Max. He asked if I needed assistance and I told him what I was looking for. He took me directly to the napkin ring display case and also said there were some on clearance.
I looked in the clearance section and found exactly what I wanted for 30% off and was able to get a set for 8 settings.
It was a pleasant experience and I would go back again.
