Recruiter lied about dedicated jo

I'm a truck driver and was looking for a dedicated account so I could have more hometime. So I applied to several companies and I got a response from a recruited with US Express. I was sitting at a truck stop when I got my first call from this recruiter. She said they had this dedicated account and that is was mine if I wanted it. I asked all the questions about what all was required from me to be able to get the job and was told that the job was mine and if I wanted it or not. So I told her I would think about it and would get back in touch with her later. After that I didn't call her back, she calls me about 4 days later and ask me again did I want the job or not. So I talked it over with my wife and it sounded good. So I called her back 2 days later and said I was interested and I wanted to give my present employer a two week notice. She said that if I wanted the job I need to be there in 2 days to start class or I could lose the job. So I felt pressured into it so I decided to do it. I drove for 1 more day and told my dispatcher I was turning the equipment in that I was quitting. She got me a bus ticket and I headed up there. Everything was going good untill I had to do a lifting test and had a heart monitor to check my heart rate as I lifted this basket with 70 lbs. Up and down the hall 3 times then had to sit it on shelves. It was not hard but my heart rate raced up to 160 and I was told I didn't meet the standards for the dedicated account and I would be put on OTR instead. I called my recruited and told her off called her a lier and that she never said anything about what all was required for the job. She said I faxed you all the information you needed for class and what all was expected. She lied again, I told her I never got a fax nor did you send one cause I don't have a fax machine. She never told me over the phone what all was required only if I wanted the job or not. I did not accept the OTR position and left. Now I'm out of a job and my benefits are gone as well. I will get another trucking job and will never apply with U S Express again.
