Did not recieve the product and was double charged

On 6/10 i made a purchase on the internet for pcshowbuzz10 the product was not and could not be downloaded to my pc. I was informed that i would recieve an email when this would be completed. I never recieved the email. I waited through the next day and still no email was recieved and my account had been charged. For the past week i have been searching the internet to contact these people[company? ] to resolve this situation to no avail...
