I called Ace Restaurant Supply to purchase a refrig. Deli case that they advertised on the Internet. I was told it was in stock and would ship ASAP after payment was received in full. I wired the money direct to their bank as directed. I have been waithing over two months for my case. I call everyday and very seldom does anyone answer the phone and they never return call afterleaving a message. Emails are also never answered. When I have spoken to the girl in the office the owner Corey Blanck will never come to the phone and I was told just to be patient. It is over two months and I can't operate my business without that deli case. There receipt has no fine print about refunds and I think they are screening the calls. They will rip you off and not much you can do when your 1000 miles away. $2500 is alot for a small business owner to lose.
