On or about Feb 7 I called this Mystery Shopper company at 1-800-775-9748 and spoke with James Walls #4007. I signed up with the service and he told me I had 30 days to decide if I wanted to continue, which he gave me the date of March 7th. At the same time my friend also spoke with him, gave him his information, name, adddress, etc. But did not sign up. On or about Feb 9/10 I called and spoke with Mike at 1-877-414-5117 and 1-800-880-2754 and cancelled the services. They had both of our names on the order. I told them I wanted both services cancelled as I had not authorized my friends charge to my account, and they said they would and would issue credit. They gave me cancellation #81FB20 and told me it was for both accounts.
On Feb 12 a $49.95 charage appeared on my account. I called them again and they said it would be cancelled and credited.
