Sponsor of Sweepstakes Next-Gen, INC. Sent letter (legal gobbledegook) stating that I was eligable to win 2 million dollars but must send $11.89 to "acquire Premium Offer delivery"

I am only reporting this to affirm that the company continues to send these letters with the intent of collecting the $11.89—most likely not supplying any substantial service for the cost they demand. Thanks to discovering complaint on-line, I will not be responding to their offer so have not actually suffered any loss.
I would urge anyone else receiving this sweepstakes announcement to avoid participation.
