ATT uverse promises to deliver audio and video under their cable tv programing. My audio has been intermittent from the outset. I did receive a credit for the shoddy service applicable to the television portion of the bill with a promise that this item was a "HOT TICKET" and would be repaired forthwith. Forthwith has long since come and gone and nothing has changed except now ATT say's I should pay ALL of my bill even though they only provide SOME of the services. They don't even address how the provided services were initially mis-represented.
I've gone to the FCC, now in the process of contating any TV station that has a 'rip off' segnment and newspapers that have consumer assistance columns.in effect, I will run a wonderful anti-product marketing campaign for AT&T and their Uverse products.
