I live in South Benbrook Community in Leander Texas.
When we asked the builder if we could transfer our past gas provider - ATMOS they said yes to us, but came to find out after we had purchase the home that, they the builder—DR Horton, had made a SWEET deal with them by giving them the contract of bein the sole provider of gas services in the community.
They over charge us every month and they can charge us whatever they feel like it.
I wish more folks will stand up against this type of business practices.
Does anyone know how i can pursue this further?
