PBP has been sending our company "pretend" invoices to several individuals, mostly whom work in the HR department. One of my co-workers mentioned that PBP also harassed her at her previous employer, and would not stop until she wrote an official letter asking PBP to stop.
In February I had written a letter officially asking PBP to remove our companies contact info from their system. They basically waited a couple of months before invoicing a different employee. -also all of the invoices have been for different totals.
They try to reel you in with a "free trial subscription" but that subscription also yields an invoice for in some case over $400. -not to mention if you deny the offer they still invoice you, with no publication received.
I have spoke with PBP employee Mahresia who said to fax their marketing department my request. Well the marketing fax line didn't work, error stating: "no answer", which means they don't even have a fax machine hooked up. I also tried Mahresia's fax line, also to no avail and the same error message. So then she gave my this email address [email protected] and said they will take care of it, but will absolutely NOT send me a confirmation of my request being fulfilled.
I'm hoping that PBP will indeed stop wasting their resources on false invoices; their alleged services are such a joke.
