I bought Christmas trees from Christmas Mountain Tree Farms for 7 years. Every year their was a contract I would sign confirming the agreement for price, delivery, and amounts of trees. Every year Christmas Mountain (Grady Euteneier) wanted to estimate the amount of trees that I might sell at my Houston, Tx. Treelots. He would send over this estimate via e-mail. I seen no harm in this as long as I had final confirmation of any agreement with my signature. If I did not agree to the amount of total price, I would lower this estimate to a final total that I felt I could sell and sign the agreement.in Grady Euteneier sent this estimate over with an excel spread-sheet which I never agreed to, but I didn't worry about it because he had no signed contract and I would just edit the contract when Grady sent it for the amount of trees I wanted to buy in 2008. I had ordered UTILITY DOUGLAS FIR trees in previous years and Grady said he would not know if they would be available until loading.
