Rubens AAMCO in Moco, Puerto Rico has had my car for 41 days as of October 11. The manager keeps coming up with lame excuses for the delay. Often he does not return my calls. This is inexcusable. He has provided no documentation, nor any believable reason for keeping my car this long.
