Bayside cooling of ocala and statewide use telemarketers to set up $49.99 maintenance visits on you a/c and heating system. They have a room of telemarketers calling random people all day for commissions if you say yes. They then use that opportunity to get thier foot in the door to sell you on maintenance contracts that are $389.00 and other parts that you do not really need. They will then offer you these parts for free to entice you to purchase the contract. They charge $219 on most parts, and tell you that they can put that $219.00 part that they actually only pay $5.00 or $10.00 for toward the purchase of the maintenance contract, then they throw in the $49.99 visit. These guys are trained in the art of conning you into buying these contracts, they also recieve very high commisions on anything they sell so they have learned the art of conning very well. Please do not let these guys take advantage of you like they did me. I am nothing but dissapointed in the service and quality of repair, also they do not use any type of recovery equipment to properly handle the ozone depleting freon that they use. Once again bayside cooling are con-artists.
