I have filed a grievance with the BBB in Canada against Cricklewood Interiors for selling me a used bed and lying about it. The owner Gail Thompson is now lying to the BBB and to the manufacturer of this bed. She acts like the victim while she gleefully spends my hard earned $3000.00. While i have a 5 yr old used bed in my possesion. She is a con-artist of the worst kind. This bed is unusable and has been slept on and she knows it, but continues to lie. I suspect it was her bed and she put it in her showroom for some unsuspecting person to buy and to make a buck. I can only prove that she has lied to me. And threatened to mess with my vias card as well. I dont trust her. I am an older person and anyone who can take advantage of an older person like that, just take their life savings and sell them a used bed, has no morals.
Her store is overpriced but she conned me into this purchase. So beware she may try to con you as well. She acts very pleasant at first, then when you complain, you are a problem, you are abusive. These are the things she says, the lies she tells to the BBB and the manufacturer of this bed.
I have asked for a refund but she continur=es to play the victim. It is she who is losing money, she says. How is this possible when I have lost$3000.00 and have a useless bed???
Gail Thompson, owner of Cricklewood Interiors in Calgary, Alberta is not to be trusted. Do not shop at this store.
