Wildtangent software was installed in a new laptop. My wife liked the scrabble game and thought she was buying for a 1-time fee of 6.99. Now we found out they want to charge us 6.99 for 12 months, just basically to rent the game! That is ridiculous. I would have never bought any single game for more than $10.00 when you can play so many for free online.
No one to contact at company. I guess I will contact my credit card company.
