I purchased a bike on April 7. I received the bike on May 26. The fender was bent and dented and an incorrect sissy bar. I recieved a cheaper one than what I paid for, and did not receive parts that totaled 200 dollars. I discovered while dealing with my credit card co. That Aztlan also double charged me over 400 dollars. It took me 60 days to dispute it. I tried calling aztlan, but no one answered the phone. They did not respond to emails. I finally contacted BBB and Aztlan contacted fhem and lied stating they were in constant contact with me and that I was hard to please. They lied. They have NEVER emailed me or called and their phones have since been disconected. I did find the owner and called her at her home. She appologized and stated they were in process of moving and I would get my order. I waited one month, and called her again. Said she was sorry and would get it out to me. She lied. It is now march. I discovered while doing a search on this company there has been many on the web who have been swindled by this company. I have proof of all phone calls, emails to them, credit card proof of the double charge and and a copy of the invoice that states they would send the rest of my order in three days because it was back ordered. I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE REST OF MY ORDER! Nor have they addressed the damaged part. They were informed the moment I received the item via thier website. They have never contacted me despite their claim that they have. My only recourse will be to take them to court. The sneaky double charge a month later was an intentional act to swindle.
