The people here really know how to use ways to MANIPULATE AND CON people as if they were trained on doing so. They say things like congratulations we accept you as some one we want to work with mean while work were? They dont provide any jobs. I was looking for a JOB and a company that can RENEW MY SECURITY GUARD LICENS when I went to them for help. THERE MAIN CONCERN IS ASKING YOU FOR MONEY from the second you go in. Its obvious they have people going in and out like a rotating door being scammed all day. I even explained to Ms. James that I didnt need to be recertified with the 8hr class they provide to get my license. I just needed help in renewing it and even gave her my expired license. She cleverly made it seem as if she looked into it and then confirmed that I did need the course to renew my license. Latter on that month a REAL SECURITY COMPANY gave me the opportunity to work for them and they had me fill out paper work with an application fee that did not require the 8hr cores. This REAL COMPANEY then explained to me under the state of New York I was already eligible for the license and only needed the proper renewal forms and fees witch did not include the 8hr course. I called Trail Blazers and told them of my situation. They said they would call back so I waited. A month went by so I called again this time Ms. James put me on hold after I told her about my situation. She then went on to hang up 3 xs while I was on hold. I asked to speak to a manager and he had to place me on hold about three times as if to make sure he was right on what he was speaking about. They claimed even though I didnt need the 8hr course to renew my license it wasnt there job to look into that. Its funny though because renewing my license was the only thing I was looking for. Why would I want an 8hr certificate when I have the license? I understand it has to be renewed yearly and as per the STATE OF NEW YORK I was eligible for security guard license renewal with out the course. They still refused to give me my money back stating its not there job to know.
