I had Family court Chief Jeremiah also, and on Dec 2 I was given a judgement but the Guardian Ad LItem Steven Colantuono, lied and changed my custody order on Feb 5 saying I agreed on it and John Lynch Sr my lawyer didnt stop it, against my disagrement. How do these Guardian have so much power over Dr Parsons and the Judges decision? Can someone help!
Im a stay home mom in rhode island of a 3 and 6 year old.in jan my husband wanted a divorce. A guardian ad litem steven colantuono was appointed for my children and because i wanted to take my kids to an abuse shelter to be away from the fighting. The guardian had my children taken away from me and i was thrown out of my house of 10 years. After 2 lawyers and thousands of dollars i have been abused by the court system as well.
