Peabody Research, Jeffrey Hirschkorn, Matt McKinley Divine Under Investigation for Fraud and over $51,000 in Worthless checks

Buyers beware and read all reports on Peabody Vacations, Peabody Reseasrch and Divine Vacations before making a purchase from this company.

Anyone who buys a vacation from these companies is taking a major chance with their banking information.

Customers have complained about not receiving their itinterary in a timely manner, customers not getting their packages at all, calls not returned by Peabody Reps, Refunds promised were never credited back to the customer, customers cards over charged or double charged, customers complained that they were charged the full amount after only agreeing to a small deposit, other customers complained that their cards were charged hundreds of dollars at other businesses after giving Divine or Peaboody Reps their credit card info, some customers complained that pizza was charged to their cards. Other custoers complained that what they were promised is not what they got. One lady agreed to a $598 package only to find out a week later that she was charged way over $1100 for her travel package.

One customer had the President of Peabody/Divine Vacations arrested for using her credit card to make repairs on his own vehicle at a local Good Year Store in Seminole County Florida, his name is Jeffrey Hirschkorn.

This business has changed it's name to Divine Vacations I assume to get away from all of the bad publicity generated by Peabody Vacations.

I've been doing business with this company since early November and what I am about to state should shock any honest person.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn wrote me a worthless check on his parents account, I might add that his mom has been deceased for almost 2 years and a good person would never associate their Mom, a deceased Mom with a worthless check.

When I attempted to contact Alan Hirschkorn to make him aware of the worthless check wrtitten on his account Jeffrey Hirschkorn had a lwayer send me a ltter demanding I not contact his father and he also changed his fathers number to prevent me from making him aware of the worthless check.

I got a call from my bank on Dec 23rd, 2 days before Christmas and I was told that the check for $5000 bounced. I called Peabody Vacations immediately and Jeffrey Hirschkorn went to my bank and he said he deposited a certified check in my account, but it wasn't a certified check, it was a business check and that bounced as well.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn, President of Peabody/Divine attempted to pay for leads with a credit card that was reported stolen and that cost me $250.

Peabody/Divine made a paypal payment to me for leads that they received in November and then the $1300 was taken back supposedly because Peobody/Divine and Jeffrey Hirschkorn state they never authorized this payment, although I have every e-mail to prove they did. This was done in late January.

I also had a $300 payment made to me recently reversed by this company as well.

This is theft and Peabody/Divine, Jeffrey Hirschkorn and Matt McKinley are about to find out what happens when you commit fraud in the travel industry and when you write worthless checks.

The state of Florida depends on tourism and compaints about fraud are taken very seriously by the state of Florida, and these boys are in for some big time trouble that may get them both locked up.

I have been promised dozens of times that I would be paid for the worthless checks and for all other money owed but they were all lies. Jeffrey even had someone named George Cooper, supposedly his grandfather e-mail me and he promised payments as well and these tactics are nothing but stall tactics. Is this the same George Cooper who made a post in rip offs that he bought a vacation from Peabody?

This business stalls for a reason, it is to prevent anyone from making a complaint as they are just biding more time, just long enough to ge the $498 or $898 charge so they can take your money and run. They delay your package so you can't cancel it when you find out what you were promised was not what you were getting.

After Jeffrey Hirschkorn was arrested on January the 15th for identity theft, forgery, etc I filed a report with the police dept in Altamonte Springs Fl concerning the check for $5000 I was given from his parents account that is currently being investigated.

I just sent a demand for the $5300 worthless check Jeffrey Hirschkorn wrote to me out of his business account and he has 7 days to pay that check or I will be filing another worthless check charge against this company and this individual.

I am owed over $10,300 for worthless checks written to me from Peabody/Divine Vacations.

VIP Travel the company that Peobody was using to fulfill the travel arrangements in November and December has over $41,000 in worthless checks paid to them by Peabody Vacations.

I might add that Jeffrey Hirschkorn is the person who issued all of the worthless checks, but if you try to contact Jeffrey Hiirschkorn's partner Matt McKinley he refuses to respond to the e-mails or phone calls.

I am also aware of an Appliance company in Orlando who says that Jeffrey Hirschkorn wrote them worthless checks.

I am also aware of a computer company in Margate Fl who says Jeffrey Hirschkorn wrote that business worthless checks.

I am aware of an AC company in Florida who was written a worthless check for over $7000 by Jeffrey Hirschkorn, President of Peabody/Divine Vacations.

I am aware of employees who worked for Peabody and Divine who have not been paid.

If you do a search on this business and it's owners you will find dozens civil and criminal court cases in Orange and Seminole County Courts in Florida.

Jeffrey Hirschkorn will rebut this and say I was paid all money owed, but people use common sense, if I was paid why would I go through all of this.

He denies everything and he admits nothing.

Bottom line is this, this business has is DISHONEST.

Why doesn't Matt McKinley defend his business or his shady partner?

Guilty by association.
