One of the 'lawyers' - Stewart - had seen a family member of mine today.
The lawyer told her she was "in some sh*t" and then said, "You people are always looking for a free ride" as he coyly sat back in his chair.
This family member of mine does everything in her power to pay bills, but as every last person in this country knows - this economy sucks. People can't afford what they could before this economic crisis. She comes home crying, stressed, and broke on an almost daily basis.
To have some ignorant person like this arrogant 'lawyer' sit there and accuse her of trying to get a free ride out of the system is irrefutable proof of the unprofessional-ism displayed by this company's staff. Not to mention the fact that he was trying to charge her an exorbitant fee for the lack of service provided.
Rightfully so - she got up in his face, threw papers at him and said "F*CK YOU" before she walked out on him.
I called them not much later and talked to Scott (supposedly a supervisor but who knows). This person said that Stewart had written up paperwork on my mother saying she walked in the office, flew into a rage, and stormed out. Nobody asked Stewart what caused her to become so upset. Furthermore, no one seemed to care. Scott said he would 'talk' to Stewart about this, but I sincerely doubt anything will come of it, IF he even talks to Stewart about this.
People don't just walk into a lawyer's office seeking help only to just go storming out of an office for no reason. I suppose in Scott's case, his ignorance is bliss. He basically told me that my mother is a liar in so many words, which I find highly offensive, since my mother is FAR from it. She's a churchgoing, law-abiding, hardworking, Caucasian citizen. She doesn't lie, steal, cheat, or partake in any other negative activity along these lines.
I advise everyone considering these people for services to reconsider - especially since there is now more than 1 complaint from THIS SAME OFFICE.
If you doubt the validity of this post or the other posts, just remember - there is always some sort of truth to every lie/exaggeration. It's just to what degree - but if this post (which I assure you is 100% true) and the previous post about this same location are bitter and hostile, or extremely unhappy towards the 'lawyers' of this establishment, you should ask yourself why people are pissed at this company - and more so specifically - this branch.
