Stockpromoters.com is the very worst "investor relations" company I have ever come across. Ryan Mattera called me unsolicited to sell me on their IR package. His cell phone is (631) 662-9956. He claimed to have all kinds of relationships with reputable IR firms in the business and made me all sorts of promises of volume and price increase. After numerous conversations with him and Joe Farrar - cell phone (631) 935-4728, I agreed to let them quarterback a program for me. As soon as the money was wired, they both promptly stopped taking my calls. I would like to say they did a poor job promoting me with limited results - In reality, the did absolutely nothing. Nothing. After doing extensive research (after the fact, unfortunately), I found close to a dozen other companies who had been scammed in a similar fashion. Their references turned out to be bogus. Their "success stories" turned out to be someone's else's. These two are crooks, scamsters and they belong in jail. I also heard from a number of IR companies who claimed that stockpromoters.com used very shady tactics to try to get these companies to be "featured promoters" on their site. I understand that they are under SEC investigation and I caution anyone and everyone from even taking their calls. I have used many IR companies in the past, with mixed results. But these two are, by far, the worst I have ever come across. Literally, everything that came out of their mouths was a lie. I am preparing a complaint right now with the NY AG against these two. They stole from the wrong person. Hope this helps...
