Frank Sharps and his company SCAMMED ME OUT OF $7,500.00. He came to me from an ad on Craig's List. When I met him he was sincere and had a business that he siad started out of New York. He went on to claim that there were several web-sites that provide leeds and he would do no less than $7,500.00 a month plus. He had a truck, equipment and seemed as honest and as hard working as you can be. I actually felt bad for the guy.in addittion he has a young son which he seemed like a responsible father. The scam. He basically told me any and everything to get my MONEY. I made it as a loan and added very strong language that if he failed to operate the business he would pay me not only the loan back on demand but there was a $25,000.00 penalty. Everytime I called him he had one excuse after another. I was to receive a weekly report as to all the jobs that were performed as we'll as what was booked. He claimed he had more work then he could handle and would have to bring in more help. He even had a flyer that stated he was licensed and insured which in fact he was not. Our deal was signed back in June and he called me as recent as December asking me if I knew someone that had a license that he could work under. He lied to me time after time. I gave this SCAM ARTIST every chance to work something out with me as I did not want to hurt what ever reputation he had. Sharps will lie and do whatever it takes to SCAM ANYONE. As of this date I haven't received one cent and I know he is doing jobs every day. I will pursue him until I get justice. If you ever got scammed by this CON-ARTIST please come forward like me so he can't scam anybody else. He is a great liar as most scam artists are. My next move is to go to the Attorney General's Office who I already contacted and when it comes to seniors they take things very serious in South Florida and they were very interested in him. Do not invest or use this crook or you will get burnt.
