He came across as a very honest and straightforward guy. Offered a great deal on windows. Spent alot of time preparing quotes - came back several times to the home. Even had the subcontracted installer come by as well. He is not the installer himself so I am not aware of any licensing requirements.
Took our deposit of the customary $1000 down for labor and 33% or so of the price of the windows. I should have known better if he did not furnish a license.
He delayed the install twice and now disappeared. Unfortunately for him, I am a very resourceful gentlemen with the "old school" mentality. I will not stop infiltrating his life, his livelihood and leveraging everything the legal system has to offer.
