If you value your time and well-being do not work for Tele-Pros Canada. They do not pay their very hard working employees. Randy Crane, so called owner is a real case. He lies and lies. Always has some excuse, had a stroke, in hospital, new clients, they are waiting on their cheques to clear, personal cheques take longer, waiting for mortgage to be approved, waiting for personal loan to be approved, doing the best he can. Do not believe anything he says, nothing is true. He tells different stories to each of his employees, doesn't realize that they may communicate with each other. He also sends very strange messages to employees at very early hours of the day. He definetley has a huge problem. Unfortunately, businesses are falling for it also. He now has no employees and at one time said he had 18 when he only had 2. He is now doing offshore telemarketing with untrained and non-professional telemarketers. Even his Operations Manager has quit on him for non-payment. L
