We here at Deer Valley Watersports, sold a sand car for Mr. Dwayne Bader. The car was sold and the funds were deposited to Bank of America. Bank of America put a very long hold on the monies and after some confusion the funds were released. Mr. Bader was paid in full with cash. Mr. Bader was asked to update his report and has at this time not done so. Mr. Bader stated that there was poor customer service from Deer Valley Watersports. The owner Ryan Martin, gave Mr. Bader his personal cell phone number. Mr Bader felt necessary to post the number on his report. Ryan had daily correspondence with Mr. Bader until he was paid in full. Due to the poor economy and lack of additional funds available to pay Mr. Bader with company funds, he like all other customers now have to wait until monies are available by the banks to be paid. Mr Bader was apologized to, profusely by myself the owner Ryan Martin for the amount of time it took to get paid. We depend on consignment boats, sand cars, qauds, and motor homes to keep Deer Valley Watersports in business. We only sale consignment so we are not in the business of not paying our sellers. Only things, out of our control will ever lengthen the time for our sellers to receive the agreed upon monies for there consignments! Ryan Phoenix Arizona
