I signed up for a 0.99 cent trial subscription with MovieBerry.com. When I attempted to download a movie, it failed - 4 times. When I attempted to watch a movie online, it failed - 5 times.
After scouring the website for a place to cancel my subscription the only helpful clue was an email to customer service which responded to me with "someone will contact you in the nearest future".in the meanwhile, I've been billed for monthly subscription of $39.95 and numerous other "fee's". I've contacted the phone number on the website, also to get a voicemail stating "leave a message - someone will return your call."
This company is a complete SCAM, that only steals your money.
