My geneva watch
Lied took 88.99 without my permisson & told them that watch was not recieved until 3 weeks later it does not work

I was so very hurt i have email geneva watch co. I had inform them that the watch i did not get it & on Jan the 20 they took the 88.99 out of my account to cause me to have 140 dollars of nsf fees there was no contract that was sign geneva watch company claim that i had check the box there was no box to check. All the lady said to me that they will cancel the terms & told her that i want the funds back into my account plus the nsf fees 88.99 & 140.00 total 228.99 then i was told that i have to dispute this matter i did not get the address or who to disptue this matter i email them again & they stated that i have to dispute it & it will take 60 to 90 days that was it i have called got recording. I have been in the collection indursty for 20 years so i know my rights & this company is full of it but i will not stop. I receieved the watch on the 31st of jan & it does not work period i email the company told them i want to send this back & the funds to be back in my account. I hate this with all of my heart but i will continue to fight this no matter how long this take because really they have mess with the wrong person
