I purchased and downloaded Farming Extreme Manager on Jan 10. First there was no mention in regards to the 20% Portuguese VAT tax on their site on this date. They claim they must collect this from each user.
After spending 6 hours fighting with this program it never did perform as it stated it would. I tried 3 different browsers and finally gave up when it deleted items from my farm in Farmville. I contacted the email from Paypal which told me to contact a different email.
I emailed Monday and they told me well I was using the program wrong and to try a different browser. I told them I had tried 3 different ones and gave up after it deleted something it took weeks to acquire. They told me they would forward the ticket to their sales department and I would hear something back. Ever since then I have not heard anything back and believe this page is a scam at least.
There are pages all over Facebook promoting different products for Farmville that all lead to this page. No one responds back in the given time and the product is junk!
