On Dec. 9, I placed an online order with One Stop Knife Shop totalling $187.99. I received an e-mail confirmation on my order saying the item was back-ordered. My credit card was charged.
Today is Jan. 22. I have not received my order.
I have tried to communicate with One Stop Knife Shop and have gotten NOTHING! I have faxed queries & order cancellations - no response. I have e-mailed - no response. I have called numerous times, pressing all number options - no response. The only name on a recording is "Kevin Schlausber" (sp?) whom I tried to page - no response. I have had no communications from this company other than a series of recordings on their phone that pass you on from one option to the next.
I have paid $187.99 for nothing. This was to be a Christmas present for my son and I thought I'd splurge. This gift was not under the tree on Christmas.
It seems there is nothing I can do that will bring this money back to me.
