I purchased some gold at mmofisher.com. I checked in on their live support nearly every day for over two weeks to see if they had my gold. I always ended up with the same evasive responses. I never got my gold.
Here is the last conversation I had with them in their support room (this took place over a period of 2 hours):
[Sally] Hello, how may I help you?
[Visitor] I'm returning after 2 weeks of waiting to ask about getting my 9 dragons gold.
[Visitor] I'm tired of waiting
[Sally] May I have your payment email and character name please?
[Visitor] p — [email protected]
[Visitor] m - o
[Sally] Please hold on, I will check on that.
(20 minutes pass)
[Sally] Im getting the gold ready for you, please wait a moment here, once its ready, I
will msg you here. Thanks.
(45 minutes pass)
[Visitor] Am I going to grow gray hairs and get wrinkles before this gold is 'ready'?
[Sally] We are keeping collecting the gold for you, but need more time. As soon as we get it ready, we will email you at once. Thanks for your understanding.
[Visitor] email me at my yahoo account?
[Sally] yes
[Visitor] This is ridiculous. I've waited for over 2 weeks now. I was told it might be a
day or two for the supplier to respond. This is not acceptable. I would like a refund of
my purchase since you cannot deliver it.
[Sally] sorry the supplier isnt online at the moment, once he come on we will mail the gold to your account at the first time, and send you an email tell you to check, thank you for your understanding
[Visitor] I know he isn't online. He NEVER is online. That is why i want my money back. You cannot deliver gold you promise.
[Visitor] Basically, get me the contact information so i can speak with someone about getting my money back (because obviously you don't have that authority), or this company will be reported for fraud.
[Visitor] Can you do that or not?
[Visitor] It is a simple request. Refer me to someone who has the authority to get me a refund.
[Sally] if you want to cancel

[Visitor] what is this manager's email address?
[Visitor] How can i contact them?
[Sally] I have left a msg to him

[Visitor] why can't you get me his email address? Obviously he HAS one since he will be emailing me, or so you say.
[Visitor] It sounds like you are just trying to avoid me and get me to stop questioning. I either speak with someone about getting a refund... Cancel or whatever. Or i report you for fraud. I'm not just leaving here, twiddling my thumbs as i wait for this 'manager' to email me. I've already been through this and gotten nowhere. I want his email.
[Visitor] He has an email address. You said he will email me. It isn't that hard. Give me his email address so this matter can be resolved.

[Sally] sorry for your delay
[Sally] but once its ready

[Visitor] Are you even the same person? I want your manager's email so i can find out about canceling my order and getting a refund.

As you can see, they avoided all of my questions and really just tried to put me off by saying they would email me. This website is trash, don't go there.
