Honda of Wesley Chapel
Wesley Chapel Honda Sexist, Vulgar, and disrepectful car salesman along with being thieves

I recently purchased a car from Honda of Wesley Chapel. This was the worse experience I have ever had. To start with the sales manager was a vulgar man, he had made several comments within ear shot of both my daughter and myself in reference to how we looked and had suggested several sexual innuendo's. I asked the receptionist, a very nice latin woman, the only hint of brightness in the dealer, what his name was, she stated his name was Randi and he was the general sales manager. This took me by shock, how could a man at his age (late 40's) be so sexist, especially in the retail business world.
The ordeal took several hours, and it was a nightmare from start to finish. They were trying to charge me 3500 over the sticker price, claiming since it is a honda, we have to pay more then what the sticker said. The salesman, had no idea what he was doing, from starring at my daughter like a wolf, to showing me three different cars, none of them, were clean, there was trash inside the back seat of the car, and one of them smelled like smoke. (THESE WERE ALL "BRAND NEW" CARS) The salesman had very bad breathe and was very short and quick to temper. I finally asked if we could just walk around the dealer by ourselves, and the salesman said no, if we were not ready to buy a car RIGHT NOW, there was no sense in looking at anything else.
We were in the process of moving, and we had wrecked our previous car, I had our neighbor drop us off at the dealer, so we were in a tight position, so I have heartedly went along with the salesman, and finally decided on a car.
LET THE HORROR BEGIN
I was greeted by a middle-aged balding black man, who introduced himself as Ken, and he was my salesman's manager. He attempted to make small talk, and then started demanding that we sign a paper saying we are ready to buy a car, before we could get any prices or monthly payments, after about 20 mins. He left the table and went into another office.
We were waiting for 15 minutes by ourselves, the salesman had excused himself to goto the restroom and to catch a quick smoke, stating that this is always the longest part of buying a car, at that moment by heart sank. Several minutes later, the manager came back with prices that made be want to scream. He kept talking about the monthly payment and not about the total price of the car. Several times he had voiced his anger over the salesman and the job he did preparing me for this part of the car buying experience. As we sat and argued, and argued, it finally came to a point in our conversation that we were just going to leave. Upon hearing this, the manager, glared at me and verbally assaulted my intelligence and made me feel very threatened. I finally agreed to his prices and the payment. I almost thought, that both my daughter and I were hostages.
Once we had said yes, the manager got up and went back into another office, for several minute's. After about 20 mins, we had gotten up to find our salesman, as we approached the office, that is when we heard the ignorant and sexist comments from the big boss Randi, he was somewhere around his mid-40's, with grayish hair and a beard, he was joking with another older gentleman, about what he would do to both my daughter and myself, he had made several vulgar statements about my daughters behind, and also said that even though I was older, then he normally likes, he would still give me a good $@#$%, I was so taken aback from his comments, I almost ran into the office and spoke my mind, but my daughter stopped me and reminded me it was almost over and we could leave. We moved back out to the desk we had been sitting at, and a short while later the salesman came back, he started getting all the papers together we had to sign and said that we would be going to see another manager about doing all the money transfer and our loan papers.
It was almost an hour and half later, before we were sent into another office. I thought, thank god we are finally almost done. My mistake, the bankers name was Joe S and he was rude, arrogant, and very confortational. He talked down to both my daughter and I, stated several times that if we did not buy this or that extra stuff, my loan would most likely not be approved. He was very short tempered and gruff. No personality to speak of, other then an uneducated man, in a position that he is not suited too. After almost what seemed like two hours, we finally left his office and met a new salesman, a very old gentleman in his late 70's, he had explained that our original salesperson had to go home, be he would be honored to show us our new car. This salesman name was Phillip, and he was super, He showed us all about our car and said thank you. He was the only positive thing at Honda of Wesley Chapel.
A couple days later, while sitting with a friend, we had gone over the contracts, they had ripped me off for a bunch of warranty stuff that I would never need, and charged me 3000 dollars more then originally agreed upon, the manger who did all my paperwork, Joe, never told me about my interest rate, had lied to me about getting all the extra stuff, he told us several times, that if we did not get the extra warranty and tire stuff along with the paint protector, then I most likely would not get approved by the bank, after speaking with several people, I found out that what he did was illegal.
Is there any steps I can take, to ensure that the way I was treated doesn't happen to any one else?
I will never buy a car at Honda again. HELP!!! What can I do
