Order placed on 10-09-09 for 1 outdoor firplace and credit card charged $1087.45. After several phone calls and emails I was told that item was delayed, but delivery time was set-up, but never followed through. After 12-01-09 company sold out or changed names I'm not really sure, but I was told that the new company was'nt responsible and I was given email address to discuss my order. Email sent out and automated response sent back saying I would be contacted regarding my order. I was never contacted. Notified credit card company on 1-19-10 and dispute initiated. Please Help!!!
