I have recently ordered the corsette deluxe also known as "The body magic" from Kenya Pratt (id no. 77939196) a distributor for the company Ardyss International. I placed my order on october 11 and wrote her a check for $100.00. Kenya called me approx. A week later to confirm my order was in. We were suppose to met a few days later to give me my garnmet, unfortunately it never happened. Kenya even went through the trouble of calling me to say she was so sorry about the incident and she'd give me a discount plus my refund back. She claims her excuse for not contacting me was because she didn't have my merchandise present.
I just want this matter to be resolved in a timely manner for all the pain and suffering she has caused me. All i want and would appreciate is a explanation and my refund back. I'm not saying that Ardyss is not a exceptional company persay, but should carefully evaluate the people that they have distributing their products. This company is highly recommended in my community for their great products and ensures customer needs.in conclusion, for the future i will be more careful for fake imitators and hopeful my situation won't happen to anyone else.
