I purchased plastic bags from art rubin and the quality was terrible. He promised to out bid everyone else and keep the quaility the same. I had to find another manufacturer to supply my plastics because not only was i being cheated on the quality i was being cheated on the quantity... He was shorting me bags in each box... What a piece of &*#%^&!!!

Don't do business with this guy hes no good, no good at all... And he tells everyone that he owns argus plastics and he doesn't own a thing, he's a liar and no good, no good.
