We are not sure if these people are existing under and with the feds or if they have been able to create diversions through manipulating the feds by way of assisting them in their procecutions. These people are and have created criminal organizations which do not exist with the intentions of a diversion. The drug dealers are city officials. Police and informants, informants lives are of no concern to these people. There are drug drops and pick ups occuring in back yards, cars. These people have taken many people hostage in their own criminal activity... Persons have been incarcerated (black, latino) due to the official, drug dealers covering up. Corruption and drug dealing by their own officials... People are hostages in this city. The police department answers to no one, they are not monitered..
When a city such as peekskill runs it self, be sure there is criminal activity. There are a few people who know what is going on. But who do they contact.
