This "company" claims to represent over 20,000 businesses but a google search turns up only one connection and that is to a fraudulent endorser. A google search on the endorser turns up only the business that references it! Furthermore the resources page of the "National Green Business Association and the Center For Sustainable Business Development" has garbled placement text for their resources literally reading like, "HTis is aiskdl;kj a jd fjad ja;..."
Tested Green asks for a monthly fee of $18.99 to be self certified. I did not go through the certification process. It probably looked pretty real. They even use encryption (https).
I am getting my MBA in sustainable practices at the Presidio Graduate School. I have over 12 years working with technology companies and the Internet. I can assure you that this is a scam.
