My 64 year-old mother had gotten a notification saying she definitely won a prize. I made her call the number to verify and she was told she was indeed a winner and needed to $29.90 in to receive her prize by September 30th. It is now December 1st.

This is the second time I have filed something with this web site and I'm quite sure I am wasting my time as you took NO ACTION against Akai USA and in the end it was my persistence and maneuvering that settled that dispute after a year.
