STEPHEN MICHAELS The letter said that i won $2000000.00 dollars, they ask for a completion report fee of $ 20.00

I received a letter stating that, "i was identified in there office on 11/18/09 and placed on record as receiver of these prize data documents as reported. Is the only holder of i.D. Now on record as%" %yes, i% am properly identified here as known individual for the national sweepstakes $2,000, 000.00 in monies prizes total. With these papers of report, i will be provided the completed report of entry directives for the monies prizes which i am eligible to be paid. I have enclosed the procedures completion report fee of $20.00 by my check cash money order payable to r.O.M. Main office.
