Called this internet company to come out and tighten oven handle which had come loose. They came out as promised, when promised, clean & friendly and tightened the handle screws, which took all of 5 minutes! No parts, labor only!
Total bill for 5 minutes of labor only (no parts) was $129.99
What a prime example of excessive overcharging!
