Mislead, Used, Taken advantage of, I still want my book

I paid for a book of poetry with one of my pomes to be published in this
book " Favourite Memories ". The book was scheduled to be released in Spring
2009.
I never received the book. All I have is the address, no phone number, no fax
no e-mail address. How is that for trusting with my $45. Oo what a deal. I received
nothing for it.
I was very happy to see my pome in print, the pome I had written for my son. I
was going to be very special for me and my son who now is 27. I still would love to
have that book.
