I ordered a razorV3 Hot Pink phone very early Fri 24th 09 over the internet& had my confirmation by 8:30am. GREAT! Then another stating it shipped out 5:33pm that same day. Even Better! Since I paid $25 extra for overnight shipping I expected it sat. Then Sat. Mon, tue, wed, thurs no phone and every phone number listed in every e-mail you sent is no longer in service except one that says you are not taking calls. Yesterday I finally gave up and e-mailed you and said if I did not have this resolved in 24 hrs the order would be cancelled. So now when I tracked the phone this am the tracking said you finally sent it last night @715pm and it is in fl this am. I still do not have it yet @10:46am. The issue is why would you ever tell a customer you sent a pkge out when you did not. Be upfront, if it is not available @ the time, say so. It has been one week and never did you e-mail &say we did not have that, it is on order. You have terrible reviews on the internet and if this is why you will soon be out of business. I'm sorry for you and your employees, it seems @ one time you were doing quiet well. I hope my phone is what you promised. I printed out everything and I really you should refund the $25 charge. Hope you can turn things around. Honesty is the best policy. Good luck.
