I work at the Mission Viejo Mall in Mission Viejo, CA. I buy my lunch at McDonalds every day. I alway see the lines of customers waiting to order. The lines are usually 6 or 7 customers long and 3 wide. They have one cashier taking orders while what seems to be a so called manager is joking with other employee's. At most they will open another register to take orders. The McDonalds in question has 3 registers. They have enough employee's working there. The workers at the McDonald's seem to be totally confused to the point that they have the customers confused. At the end of the counter is a portion of counter space that is not used for anything.instead of using that area for order pickups it is not utilized at all. Customers place their order at the register and pickup their order at the same exact place. You have customer's trying to place a order and customer's trying to pick up their order all at the same time. Customer's are actually walking into each other. The employee's have the customer's confused.in my 35 yrs. Of retail and customer service experience I have never seen Managers deligate work the way these manager's do. Where do they get their training from. I have decieded to buy my lunch elsewhere's for that reason plus the fact that when I purchased my lunch today (2 double chesseburgers and a 42oz drink) Double hesseburgers were $1.00 ea and the 420z drink was. 99, which with tax came to $3.30. I just paid $5.46 for the same thing one day later. No more 1.00 doublecheese and no more 42oz. Drink for. 99. That's a big increase in price for the term of one day. The great thing about the USA is that your money spends any place. So I will buy my lunch some place else at the mall. Whoever trains your so called manager's need to be trained themselves. Unhappy former customer. I will also inform all of my friends and shoppers at the mall about mcdonalds. The best and worst advertisement is word of mouth.
